✧ Static vs Dynamic ✧
Static pose example is on the left, and the dynamic pose example is on the right!Static pose tends to have characters in a standing pose with still or minimal clothing, hair and fur movements, while dynamic pose is more flowy! They will typically be in mid-action and have moving hair, fur and clothes. Unless you ask for a standing/idle pose with dynamic option, then the character will be standing/idle with flowing parts!

✧ By purchasing a commission order from me, you have read and agree to my TOS.
✧ Please be patient with me if I don't understand you, english is not my first language, but it's the only language that I prefer to communicate with.
✧ I only take: BIBD (local bank), Patreon and Buymeacoffee (no paypal)
✧ My prices is in USD so there may be extra charge due to exchange rates.
✧ There is no added commercial-use charge or hidden fees, but be mindful of service fees (by Patreon or BMC) or the USD exchange rates that may fluctuate the final total.
✧ It is NOT required nor is it mandatory to tip, but it is much appreciative no matter the amount!
✧ I will not start on the commission until payment is sent, however, there may be exceptions to mutuals and familiar commissioners.
✧ You may ask for a refund if I have not started with your commission order, but I will not give refunds after we finalized the sketch WIP.
✧ Please be financial responsible with your own money! I am not responsible with your regrets, choices or the extra charge (the site's service fee and exchange rates) if you decided to commission me, but as stated, I will fully refund if the sketch WIP has not been finalized.
✧ Important note: if you order multiple commissions in one order, only the first art order will have a +$2 fee.

✧ Extra fee of $5 will be added if you need the commissioned artwork at a short notice in less than 3 days! (can work on the art at max 2-3 days)
✧ I’m somewhat flexible with themes, so if you’re interested to see something that's not listed, feel free to bring it up! (ex: icons, sticker page, lineart base, your oc as another species, PNGtubers for streaming avatars, your oc in different clothing, etc.)
✧ NO NSFW OR SUGGESTIVE CONTENT. I don't mind characters with nude references at all, I just don't want to draw NSFW or suggestive content, very sorry!
✧ I will decline if the reference you provided isn’t your character*. Do not ask me to rip another person’s original character and expect me to design it into a character for you. You will be warned (and be blacklisted) if I find out.
*Exceptions are fanart commissions or your mutual/friend’s character as a gift!
✧ When ordering a commission, please COMMUNICATE with me. Making commission art is a collaborative work! I may not be able to finish your art in a timely manner if you intentionally ghost me, but I will send pings to remind you if you're not responsive.
✧ I will provide sketch WIPs for approval and changes that you want me to make for the final results. Revisions are unlimited and free in the sketch phase but may be limited in lineart phase and beyond! (but not impossible, depending on what change you need as long as they are minor changes)
✧ If there are any delays and inconveniences that prevent me from working on your commission, you will always be informed by me! But feel free to ping me anytime if you're worried! You can also ask to see what it looks like too! I'm more than happy to show my progress :D
✧ I can also offer minor edits on finished commissions anytime (time limit is within that (1) year) with a $5 charge, only if they are:
⊹ Minor recolours (body, clothing, eyes, hair, etc.)
⊹ Remove or add small accessories (mask, animal ears, etc. but I will not accept if a mask originally obscures the character’s entire face)
⊹ Provide a flat-colour version of the art
✧ I prefer digital and flat-coloured reference sheets but you may provide traditional, scanned, shaded or screenshotted reference of the character, but the colours may not be accurate.
In-game screenshots and shaded references are fine, but colours and details may not be accurate. You're always welcome to correct me when I'm wrong on the character's colours or patterns!
✧ You may provide art of characters if no reference sheet is available, but please add a brief description of what needs to be noted, but if too many details and parts are missing, you may be charged with an extra fee depending on the details.
(I almost consider this to be designing/custom commission and may decline your commission order)
✧ You can avoid the extra charge by providing clear visual references (real pictures, in-game screenshots or drawn). Eg: shoes, pants, hairstyle, etc.
✧ I have the right to turn down your order if I can't work with your character's design or scope of your commission order.
✧ This will be drawn in my own artstyle, do not ask me to copy another artist’s art style.
It's also not recommended to ask me to mimic a certain video game style, etc. I may not be able to replicate it very well but I can try my best regardless!
✧ You may also use the finished art commission that you ordered for personal use! You can reupload, use them as assets, print them, etc. (You don’t need to credit me but it would be awesome if you could link my linktree! Again, this is optional.)
✧ Please ask if you want to use my art for commercial use! I'd like to know beforehand, but I generally allow this! As stated before, there is no commercial fees.
✧ Do not claim the artwork as yours. I do not claim your/the character's design ownership rights, but I reserve the rights to my own artwork.
✧ I reserve the rights to my own artwork and can post it on my social media. But if you want to keep the commission private, please let me know so I can keep it between us! It will not be posted, used or be shown anywhere, I can promise you that!
✧ If you want to post it, credit is not needed (as mentioned before), but very appreciative! Please also be mindful that AI/scraping is a widespread so please post with caution! Nightshade (or other alternatives like: Glaze, Artshield, Sanative), add watermark, add noise filter or size the res down are very much encouraged! Thank you!

Never use my art in AI, whether to train AI, 'enhance' or replicate my work, add or change it in any way. That includes uses like 'Grok', 'Chat GPT', 'Sora AI' and ANY other AI tools. This applies to past, present and future work with me. No exceptions.
✧ Please don’t rush me! If you need it before a certain date, include that when you request for a commission and I'll charge your if you need it by 2-3 days. But you may ask for updates and I’ll happily provide you with current WIPs.
✧ All artworks will come with my watermark and a white outline, but you can request a version without either of them or a different colour.
✧ You can also ask for a version without a background if the commissioned artwork comes with a background!
✧ If you want to pay when it's finished, I will not send the finished artwork until I receive payment.
